Questa è la mia casa che talvolta affitto:
a) stazzo grande: Casa 2 + Casa 3 unificabili. Ognuna con camera, soggiorno, bagno, cucinino, giardino, terrazza e vari ripostigli;
b) stazzo mignon: monolocale con bagno e cucinino.
C’era una volta..
un nocciolo di case antiche coperte dai rovi su un poggio della Costa davanti a Caprera ed a 6 km da Porto Cervo. Restaurate con infinito amore vengono saltuariamente aperte all’ ospitalità di amici e parenti. [Cliccando sulle foto si ottengono gli originali.]

b) little house: Casa 1, studio with bad and kitchnette
Once upon a long ago…
a little group of old houses covered by bramble on a hillock of the Coast in front of Caprera and 6 km far from Porto Cervo, repaired with love and opened to the hospitality of friends and family. Here writers, journalists, actors or “not too known” VIP spent some time. They were searching for peace, silence, scents and made here their private place few minutes away from the chaotic city life. VISIONE GENERALE — GENERAL OVERVIEW
Dalla strada costiera si sale la collina per 1,5 km fra mirti, ginepri e grandi piattaforme di roccia. Si arriva prima su un poggio che domina l’Arcipelago de La Maddalena e poi, proseguendo, ad un cancello chiuso ed una stradina che si addentra nella proprietà, senza che all’ esterno trapeli nulla di ciò che essa conserva.
From the coast street you go up on the hill for 1,5 km between myrtle, juniper and large rocks. You arrive at first on a hillock that overtop the Maddalena’s archipelago and after to a closed gateway and a little street that goes in the property, without being noticed from the outside.
Superato l’ingresso ( per entrare prendere un appuntamento!) e le rocce si arriva alle prime case. Già qui è evidente il contesto naturale, percepibile il silenzio e l’armonia del luogo. Avvicinandosi poi si può apprezzare la cura del giardino, i profumi e la privacy
Passed the entrance (to enter please take an appointment) and the rocks you arrive to the first part of the houses. From here you can see the natural environment, the silence and the harmony of the place. Moving closer you can appreciate the way we keep the garden, the natural scents and the privacy
